These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Bungu Select website and any purchase made through our store (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Store information
Bungu Select is an online store based in New Zealand. We currently sell and ship within New Zealand only.

2) Products and availability
We aim to display product information accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary by screen and device settings. Stock is limited and availability may change without notice.

3) Prices and payment
All prices are shown in NZD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund if payment has been taken.

4) Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel orders (for example, due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.

5) Shipping (New Zealand only)
Dispatch is usually within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping fees (if any) and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by carrier.

6) Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to returns and refunds and is available on our website. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

7) Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

8) Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, images, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Bungu Select and may not be used without permission.

9) Liability and consumer rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bungu Select is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
