Our Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our Japanese stationery. Every item is hand-inspected before it leaves Auckland.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@bunguselect.co.nz within 10 days.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the problem.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with barcode stickers attached.
Return Process
Please contact us before sending anything back.
Returns that have not been approved in advance cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- As a small boutique shop, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
Exclusions
- Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.
