Every order is hand-packed in Auckland and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

New Zealand Shipping Rates (NZ Post – Tracked)

Standard (Urban): $11.00
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Rural Delivery: $20.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
(Rural shipping costs more in NZ, so we use a fully tracked service to ensure safe delivery.)

Spend $150 or more and your order ships FREE to Urban addresses within New Zealand.

Free shipping applies to Urban addresses only.

Rural delivery charges still apply for rural addresses.

Important Note for Rural Addresses

If your address is classified as rural by NZ Post, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout.

If the Urban rate is selected by mistake, we’ll contact you before dispatch to arrange the correct shipping — thank you for your understanding.
